  9. I don't understand why they are doing that? Shortly after the introduction of sanctions against Russia, the American government canceled thousands of stupid things that were included in the sanctions. In other words, secretly they didn't tell anyone, they were helping Russia, but they left Europe to continue working on their own. I do not know why. I hope the goal is to allow the rats to surface, if so, then I understand a lot of what the USA is doing, however I do not approve of them doing it behind the backs of ordinary people in this case of the Ukrsinians.
