  3. US Secretary Anthony Blinken said that they "stopped the Russian attack on Kharkov". Which means they are much stronger and better than the Russians. Why then do they have to target that "defeated" army inside the country? What if someone give weapons to someone else to attack the USA? What would the US government do?
