  2. I didn't know either, and most people don't know even now, the Soviet Union was made up of 90% of Russia and 10% of Ukraine and the Baltic states. Poland was never part of the Soviet Union, nor were any of the other current NATO and former communist countries. Which means that the vast majority of the Soviet military was made up of Russian people, just as the same percentage was a victim of concentration camps in peacetime within the Soviet Union called the Gulags. Look for an island called CANNIBAL ISLAND, maybe you'll understand what the Soviet Union did to the Russian, Ukrainian and other peoples within the Soviet Union.
