  3. Apart from the main points of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine, it was agreed that other problems, which are not life-related but political, will be solved in the next 10 years. The basis of the Minsk-Istanbul negotiations were 1. The withdrawal of the Russian army outside of Ukraine except for Donbass for the duration of the negotiations, 2. Donbass remains within Ukraine with some kind of self-government 3. Crimea remains (of which it was) part of the Russian Federation, and finally 4. Neutrality, ie NO to NATO and Nazism.

  5. NPP Zaporizhzhya was made in the USSR. After all, like all other nuclear facilities, it was built by Russian scientists with the help of some other Soviet states, because nuclear weapons are a secret, or the most essential secret of a state. Ukraine is asking back NPP Zaporizhzhya. Ok, somehow, however, they even demanded that Russia "return" the Russian nuclear weapons that were stationed in Ukraine exactly as they are stationed in Belarus today. Imagine if Belarus secedes and goes west and says, those are our nuclear weapons. Or for Germany to say about US nukes in Germany that they are German not US nukes!?? Same story, same logic.
