The only thing that can be compared between the two wars is that Yugoslavia and Ukraine are "peacekeepers". In Croatia, the war began with an attack by the Chetniks with the help of the Yugoslav army's JNA. They wanted territory. And they started the war. There are no similarities between the two wars.
