If all the countries of the world really signed, that every crime is punished, regardless of who committed the crime and if punishments were really carried out, politicians like Joe Biden and many former presidents and other politicians would be normal people today or would be in prison. We would not be talking about the third world war and similar evils now. However, no, they are still "moral-value verticals and horizontals"!!????????
