  3. According to "my logic" 😂, it seems that the EU is a state, in reality a state above states, a non-existent core, created from individuals from different existing states. What does it mean that the EU legally does not exist if it has rights and justice in the legal sense, they cannot use "double jeopardy" or double vote?
