  1. After everything I have seen from Russia and the consequences of their several wars on the border of their country, the war in Chechnya for example, their country is so modern and new. Everything that the Russian army destroys, the state returns in better condition than it was before. But people are still dead, they can never "fix" themselves. This applies to all those who perished on any side. Let's take the example of Mariupol, if it is not propaganda, then Russia is already reconstructing parts of the city of Mariupol.
