  1. They can pass whatever law they want regarding insurrection or anything else!! This law will be valid only for those who violate it from the moment the law was passed. No one can be tried for a crime that was committed under the old law, with the new law, because at the time of the committed crime, one law was valid, someone cannot change the laws as they wish, then apply them retroactively!!? So they could judge a grandfather who stole bread 80 years ago when he was a child, for example, if the laws could be applied retroactively.
