  3. The Ukrainian constitution is exactly the same as in our country, which is a member of the EU and NATO. I don't know how many times I already said that in the 4-5 years of war, we had elections at least four times. However, if the term of office of the president expires and no new mandate has been elected, elections must be called as soon as possible after the expiration of the term of office of the former president, after which the speaker of the parliament gives the president a mandate and returns to his usual duties in the parliament. Same as in the Ukrainian constitution!!
