i wouldn't call this a debate when both sides are in agreement on the basis of the problem. no one addressed the solar cycle and its affects on our planet, or the magnetic pole excursions and reversals that occurred in the past, with the same type of climate earth has always had. life exists here simply by luck, most days... but lets not address the big picture, and blame man and carbon.. the stuff that allows life to grow here... lol. carbon has been higher before, when earth was younger than she is today, and( a lot) less population than today, too. hmmm?

@Jc-ms5vv lmao.. of course species will survive, they have before.. including our ancestors (or we wouldn't be here). unless the sun novas and wipes out our atmosphere, earth will survive. earth has always gone through magnetic pole flips, solar flares, and the galactic current sheet... all kinds of things that occur naturally in our solar system. and life on earth has been almost completely eliminated over and over for billions of years... this is not new to the planet, or even to humans... look at china's historical records, they've recorded extinction events over and over. do more research for yourself and stop parroting media and politicians.

@Jc-ms5vv climate has always changed on this planet.. its cyclical and happens over long periods of time. you don't seem to know that our sun controls a lot of what happens on the planets in the SOLAR system, including our weather! (check out tamitha skov, dr. pierre robitaille, ben davidson, sky scholars, many people discuss this) what is happening now has happened before.. its evidenced by the same cave drawings that happened in different places, they drew what they saw in the sky. we are experiencing a dying magnetosphere.. and its evidenced on pluto and neptune whose magnetic fields collapsed, neptune's recently. uranus is next, then saturn, etc... eventually earth. research magnetic pole excursions and pole flips... the north and south magnetic poles are moving now... the north in siberia (from canada), the south is moving towards indonesia and they will meet at some point. this could cause crustal displacement as well as a lot of other issues people won't survive. so many animals rely on magnetics for directions and instincts... and they will die from being off course. its the way it is. the way of nature. don't keep spewing lies from media and politicians here. no need to respond until you do your own research.. .lol.

@Jc-ms5vv the planet isn't heating.. lol. if you notice gov't data never shows before 1800s... the planet has been hotter and co2 over 700 ppm and life thrived. the nature of planets and space is cold. heat is good for life.
