if education taxes were paid to schools the parents choose to send their children... there would be money for transportation. as it is now, money is taken from paychecks and tax payments without any choice given as to where it goes... its directly to your zip code. tax money for education should be tied directly to the childrens' parents, so they can choose which school(s) receives payments. it also allows for those with no children, or grown children to not pay any taxes for education (unless by choice). demand to change the policies!
