  16. in america, everyone is entitled to believe as they wish... and citizens in states elect representatives to do their bidding. this will not be a federal reversal, but every state passes its own laws... and the federal gov't, by constitution, cannot do anything about that. and why can't a nurse practitioner do the job if doctors only come once a week?

  18. this should have happened ages ago.... the people of tulsa, the elected officials, those in charge at the time should have been charged and punished for this horrendous act. these type of acts were terrible, and glad its not like this today in america. there will always be people with racist ideals... in every race... but acting on that hatred cannot happen. two wrongs never make a right. 100 years ago, these attitudes were more common than today.... america has more biracial families than ever before in history... and that's what should be focused on and taught to our children. why lifer politicians and corporations keep focusing on race instead of citizens and societys' betterment, is beyond me... we should stop them. we will stop them. america does not have a race problem, we have a class problem based in greed. it was these same mentalities that allowed tulsa to happen and be kept silent.... the same-thinking people in federal offices today allowed black wall street to die back then.

  21. there are too many ways to not get or stay pregnant. this law is to prevent those wanting to 'terminate' a pregnancy in late and very late term. there are plenty of states willing to kill babies as late as the 9 month while the mother is in labor, she can change her mind. nothing stopping anyone from going where they need to... but states have rights that supersede federal laws (which is why some states allow drugs to be non criminal and others they're illegal). federal reach is very limited, especially when it comes to states. they need to be reminded of those limitations.

  46.  @gl3913  my research is valid. no 8 year old is aware of what sexuality is unless they've been programmed. at that age, they aren't thinking about sexual identity, sexual preference or even know what sex really is about. today's universities teach emotionally and not factually, take 'behavioral economics' for example.. lol. everything in life is not a social program, nor should it ever be so. an 18 to 20 year old coming out is a completely different story than an 8 year old, completely different mentalities.. didn't all your research show you that? explain to me why the 4000% increase in children (under 18). tell me why all these kids' brains are wrongly circuited for their genders. is it genetics? is it environment? these disorders are all still classified as mental issues. why are more of them killing themselves after they've changed genders, as adults? if this is based on influences of society, thats worse than anything. its not really up to other people to make one feel good about oneself. everyone wants to be accepted for who they are, but in reality.. we're not going to be with everyone, but most will be courteous, or at least civil... only a few actually show hatred. its best to be able to self soothe, be able to take criticism from others opinions for what they are, and live your own life regardless if anyone accepts what you want them to. its the same with trying to make people not have bad thoughts.. lol. impossible and should never be able to be controlled. learn how to deal with criticism, and even hate.. because those people will never be a friend in the first place. think critically, not collectively.

  47.  @gl3913  sounds like you're advocating for parents to be better educated about child rearing before they have them... and i agree to that. the more secure people are as adults the better parents they should be... both emotionally and financially. of course its programming, thats what teaching really is.. lol. knowledge is simply memorization and recall. the research regarding suicide is based on people who transitioned as children, who regretted it as adults. i don't 'claim' what i have not fully researched.. that would be my opinion. organizations who receive federal funding are no longer reliable sources as its all 'pay to play', like the organic labels that can be bought based on corp. revenue... good, glad you're done here. might also want to look into grammar rules as you type a lot of run-on sentences, too. have a good day.
