  1. lol, the only people who believe this are the socialists, marxists, communists... the rest of country feels this way about the other two branches, regardless of party in office... anyone who understand the judiciary, knows personal opinions and beliefs are irrelevant in cases. no decent judge would rule according to their personal opinions, they follow the law. seems like they are more concerned with not having people who will use personal opinions and beliefs in these positions.. and that is sad. no bias on the bench!
