  1. government does not produce the tests now... free market does. its the governors' jobs to decide how many hospitals their state has, how much stockpile each of their states has.... not the federal government. this is how it works in a capitalist society. cuomo's definition and speech here sounds like socialism/communism. in america, we do not need, nor want, the federal government dictating what we can do, where we can go, how much we can buy, what we can buy.... or this would be china II.
