if anyone thinks any court in the country should be political, you do not understand how the judiciary system works, nor what the constitution says about it. i think the justices sitting now, understand what their job is.. and it is to enforce constitutional law.. not sympathize, empathize or use their opinion to rule... facts and precedents. and if anyone bothers to look at the past elections with the same circumstances in filling a sc vacancy, you will find that whenever the president and the senate are of the same party.. either party... the seat has been filled all but twice... lol... facts and precedents. know the real history of our country, and know how valuable our constitution is to citizens... it is the best in the world because its the piece of paper that shows citizens have power in america, not the elected ones... and that is why we have the 2nd amendment.. shall not be infringed.
