  1. big cities are always an issue in pandemics.... all those ppl living on top of one another.... they should always wear masks and gloves when they're outside. state governors always have authority first and foremost over their state.... its not the federal governments place to close or open individual states, that is a governors job... so blaming the president that mardi gras went on as usual is wrong.... it was the governor of louisianas call to make! educate yourselves on government roles, please... and don't hold an office if you are not aware of the powers that come with said office! this is middle school education level, folks... you have to do better than this... lol
