  1. whenever the fed. gov't gets involved in things, it messes it all up. how many former athletes were penalized, lost scholarships and grants, lost precious time because the bureaucratic agency said it was a problem for amateur athletes to get paid. my grandfather was one of them.... happy for those current athletes, but something is owed to those who were penalized in the past!
