not many companies offer pensions anymore. federal and state employees get them... taxpayers pay their salaries and their retirements. no matter what any company does, if it costs them more.. its going to cost us all more, too. this is also what caused many businesses to move overseas, especially in manufacturing areas. always two sides, disney puppets. logic 101.
