there is no reason to target asian people at all... hate to point it out, but seems like black kids from the videos... there has always been racial tension between asians and blacks in history, though. even now, in china, they discriminate against blacks.. also other religious groups... arrest anyone who breaks the laws. hope these cities aren't the ones where gov't has agreed to defund the police... that doesn't help at all.
