@arain764niara lol, of course people live beyond their means intentionally... its all choices that bring you to circumstances. cost of living varies depending on the state you live in... coastal states are always higher than middle america. where one lives, how much education one has, and the choices one has made determines where he ends up... no one to blame but the individuals. private sector jobs will always be able to pay more than government jobs, too... but private jobs do not offer the pensions like gov't ones do... its give and take. going to college doesn't guarantee a good paying job or security for your future, and it is not governments' place (in the usa) to ensure people are taken care of financially.

there are a lot of places hiring where i am. i never stopped working.. in fact, more people i know are doing the same job i am.. food delivery... lol. if you are too afraid to go back to work, that is on you as a person, not the taxpayers funding the country. that $600 will also count as income on your taxes for 2020, i hope you all took out state and fed taxes voluntarily if your state doesn't do it, or you're gonna feel that at tax time, too... i never got a stimulus check, either... and i made under 10k last year... no such thing as free money... the federal reserve crooks printing all this money is making it even more worthless... what are people going to do when america pays for taking the world off the gold standard? lol.. good luck..

Archie B actually, the federal stimulus money is not being taxed, nor counted as income on 2020 taxes, only the unemployment (state run) and the bonus $600 (fed part) will be.. and taxes are only withdrawn if the recipient requests it (in my state), its not automatically deducted like in paychecks. unless people are aware this happens, they will probably find out at tax time.
