  1. chicago is one poorly governed city, not the country. its only in these type cities that this crap happens often. you have to find a way to stop criminals. its not the guns that are the problem. maybe arresting and jailing some of these criminals will help instead of politicians wanting them bailed out. not defunding police, helps.
