he resisted arrest, took a stun gun from an officer and hit him with it on his head before he ran away.... i agree the cop should have shot his legs and not in the back, at the same time.... if he didnt resist, take a weapon and run.. he wouldn't have been shot at all. if you break the law, own it when you get caught.
