if neither pass, its still better for us, the citizens who pay for it all, including your salaries, elected people.... this is not how we should be passing laws, anyway... its never about feelings and opinions. not utilizing fossil fuels will cause more people to die... because heating and cooling the entire country is not feasible on solar, and wind only. the last president had us energy independent, and living life was cheaper... lol...
