  1. good thing in america, one is innocent until PROVEN guilty, right, ms. brennan... aren't journalists supposed to be unbiased and fair? the accuser has to prove her case... she wants a jury trial because its her peers, more women, more support- regardless of the truth or mr. brown's proof, she thinks people are that gullible... not in my neighborhood.

  2. i've been on juries several times, in fact, im blacklisted because i ask too many questions during trial while sitting on a jury.. lol! yes, both sides pick jurors, but they will ALL be her peers... think you need to learn some history about our justice system. i am being unbiased in my comments about this case, but not towards a person who chose journalism as her career and IS being biased in this interview. i am not an emotional thinker, can you say the same? i don't think so... lol

  3. yep.. so sad that most people today have no idea what unbiased means. there are rules to follow and no one cares about facts anymore. common sense and logic genes are lacking in society today...
