  1. great! this sets precedent for those who die or are injured from medicines, like the hpv meds, the vaccines, etc. shouldn't the money go to the families of the victims? giving it to the state bureaucrats does not help those who suffered and/or died. class action suits. basically, this is a quid pro quo to avoid paying victims. typical of the elites.
