  1. no business is 'too big to fail', especially bad ones. the federal gov't is too deep into big pharma to allow medical malpractice suits against the companies. we can sue doctors, hospitals or anyone else for wrong doing... but never pharmaceutical companies. because the feds used our tax dollars to bail all these should-have-failed businesses, like the airlines, higher education, the military... and big pharma. bad businesses need to fail and have to be held accountable, especially pharmaceuticals, look at all the covid vaccines issues.. and no one gets to sue them or the feds. its disgusting, and when citizens get tired of it all.. these elected lifers and global elitists will know we are.. lol.
