  1. bring back hard labor. prisoners should be picking up trash along roadways and trashy areas, or working for the public somehow.

  2.  @SomeGuy-hd4cn  plenty of trash along highways, railroad tracks, airports that no one hires people to pick up. there used to be hard labor in prisons before the emotional people got elected or put in power positions, and stupid organizations like the aclu said criminals should get rights, too.. lol. did not used to be the case, though. jail used to be a punishment, now its free room and board for a few years to life, on the taxpayers' teats, and now owned and run by private companies in some states.
