when the feds don't uphold the laws on immigration, they are in violation of the oaths they all swore to the constitution. sanctuary cities chose to be just that.. for sanctuary. why are they complaining now? del rio texas cannot handle the illegals and they get no warning of the hundreds of thousands of people coming in. cannot force states and cities who chose not to be sanctuary states to take so many people in... they pay taxes for this, too.
