the guy had a knife, and kept coming forward with it, disobeying commands from law enforcement. the dad called 311 but its the policy that police are sent when the subject has a weapon. what are they supposed to do?! if he didn't understand english, seems to me that education needs to be done on how to comply with commands of law enforcement. if police are wrong in the arrest, then its fought out in court. police runs are never decided on the street unless those men and women doing their jobs lives are endangered (the majority of the cops) by the persons they're pursuing.

@colorbugoriginals4457 he was not abused by police. i guess you prefer to let the guy get close enough to stab them, first? hope you're never in that situation.. but i'm guessing you're not for law enforcement.

@colorbugoriginals4457 no one's coddling police.. lol. you obviously hate police all and think they're all the same or you wouldn't generalize people who put their lives at risk to help others. sometimes it goes bad because mentally ill people are armed and coming toward them with weapons. why didn't his dad stop him at his house? he wasn't going to hurt anyone, right? lol, good luck in life.
