  1. it is social media... more people stay online on their phones, even if in the same room. as soon as a person has a phone in their hand, they never put it down... that's a problem. you can't blame the past, with the exception of covid, with illegal lockdowns). live life now, in the moment... put your phone down and stop looking at it. go outside, take a walk, go in nature.. play with your kids. i'm sorry vargas' parents told her to suppress her emotions, that's sad. my parents never did that, we never told our kids too, either... that is not normal.
