  1. the difference between then and now is freed slaves were citizens, living in this country... none of them came here illegally and sucked freely off the teats of american citizens... giving non citizens voting rights, negates all legitimate citizens' voting rights. citizens and legal residents pay taxes, those fund everything in america. no government makes money, they take it from you. stop these hypocrites. citizens hold all the power here.
