stop giving kids pre-packaged food and sugary drinks. limit electronics and make them go play outside. technology is great but needs to be limited. 'fast food' (both restaurants and groceries) are not healthy as every day food... they're supposed to be treats, special occasions, etc. go back to how your great grandparents, and those before them, lived. remember the fda and 'experts' told us that eating 8 servings of carbs a day was good for us.. lol... it just takes some common sense and a little time to research information for ourselves... because obviously media and their gov't handlers don't tell truths anymore.
