  1. most people are for abortions in the 1st trimester. that is fact. the problem lies when the extremists insist on late term and post birth abortion (which is murder). it was never a federal issue. rgb said it was a mistake. nowhere in the constitution does it mention healthcare or abortion. bottom line is the constitution gives states control.
