lol police funds and housing funds are not the line item on states budgets, you fools!! don't you all know anything about government financing?? you cannot take funds from police... the majority of citizens want them still in their communities. demilitarize the police is feasible, thanks to the clinton administration in the states.. police have been more brutal. get rid of police unions that don't allow bad cops to be fired! getting rid of police for any type of privatized or military control is not what anyone wants!
