unfair is a matter of perspective. accountability for decisions and choices people makes in their lives is why people end up where they do... you cannot blame society because generation after generation of a family, are poor... get real. oprah winfrey, like many before and after her, was born poor and worked to succeed. thats what people need to learn- drive, ambition, good decision making skills and critical thinking... these things get one out of his current circumstances, not government.
researching infants might be beneficial for some things, but i don't think this research is helpful or proving any hypothesis.... infants are more instinctual than adults, because they have yet to be biased. what is proven true is parental influence in nurturing children... i've worked with enough to know. as for the monkeys- knowing they dont like green peppers, how is the researcher sure its not just rejecting what it doesnt like? humans assuming to interpret animal signs correctly is a bit far... animals also are creatures of habit, and instinctual... the monkey getting the pepper could be angry, disappointed, hurt... but you cannot assume he is feeling he is being treated unfairly. this documentary is seriously lacking in common sense and only concerning emotions and feelings... which leads to irrational thinking. you need to be rational and logical.
