that shipping company is solely responsible for this tragedy. does the federal government regulate and subsidize them, too... like airlines? rest in peace to all those lost.

@dyates6380 couldn't drop anchor, stop without power.. the power could've been intentionally turned off by some disgruntled unhappy person... same as the guy who was flying a commercial plane and mid flight decided he couldn't take it anymore and attempted to crash the plane with everyone on it. there is a lot of crazy in the streets these days... bring back mental institutions!
