nonsense. california was never a slave state, so how can anyone receive reparations from slavery there? are people so stupid they can't even find facts? wonder how taxpayers of california feel about paying for this... because its not federal taxes being collected for reparations... lol. i refuse to pay anything for this in any state in 2023.
