  1. there was a report that all fresh foods in stores (fruits, veg) only have 10-15% of their nutrition value... even whole foods. grow your own food!

  2.  @duganred  and the gmos, pesticides, gov't regulations, and fda paid approvals. un-amended soil is easy to remedy, it takes time and effort. but food isn't pretty grown naturally.. and they believe that won't sell. 'deer' carrots and apples sold in bulk have better nutrition than what all stores sell.
