  1. many people were born under the federal food pyramid guidelines, too.. lol... can you imagine the gov't telling you to eat 6-8 servings of carbs?! add to that all the processing that is involved in making pre-packaged foods... wood pulp (cellulose) is probably not great for a human... lol. our ancestors ate what they grew, hunted, or caught. they ate seasonally. they ate once or twice a day. they ate very little sugar. there were no processed foods, either. eat like that.
