  1. We should be ready to help reconstruct like we did with the Marshall Plan after WWII in the Philippines and other Southeast Asian countries. Yes, I realize it concentrated on American territories in the Far East, but it happened nonetheless, and it built up countries to closer to modern status. There's no reason why we can't do the same here. My thought is to prepare while waiting ands seeing what happens in the war.

  2. Personally, I'd like to see America's Big Agriculture step in when allowed and help find arable land there and help set up agricultural businesses there. There is so much land in Russia that there must be arable land. Canada can grow seed for Canola oil and grow great Yukon Gold potatoes among other things! There isn't an environment in Russia that North America doesn't have. We grow in 9 or more zones different crops. We sustain hundreds of millions of North American people and export besides. Russia needs to cultivate its land and create an economic relationship with Ukraine.
