So explain why I, who write with my right hand with a right slant, sew with my needle in my left hand and "Swype" my words on my phone by my left hand, and am more comfortable as a southpaw throwing a ball with my left hand? I do use right-handed scissors better than left - handed fees. I stir pots with my right hand. I cut youth a knife right-handed. Reaching I do with either hand, but if I use a grabbing tool, I use it in my right hand. I'm comfortable pouring with either hand. On a keyboard I space with my left thumb as I touch-type (but I did that deliberately).

  2. Have any studies been done on cetaceans? We know dolphins and whales have language. Is there handedness in these species? Cats have handedness based on their sex. IIRC females are left-pawed and males are right-pawed. Supposedly. But if handedness is determined by language, then that should be predictable in marine mammals. Personally I need more proof.
