"Militants like Ronald Reagan?" Ronald Reagan was a blistering, puffed up person intent to have destructive lasers in orbit: Star Wars. Word had it that he watched the movie War Games. He asked his advisors if anything in the movie could happen, and they assured him it could. He quietly abandoned the project, and there was no more talk about it. Reagan had a bit of moral compass and motivation. Trump has none. That Reagan's rhetoric was that of a sabre-rattling cowboy made me like him less and less. But— When Donald Trump came along, my respect for Trump plummeted. His policies made me cringe even more than with Reagan, and that is saying something.
