I think the "Life Term" of the Supreme Court Justices is ludicrous. I'm for a long term, say 20 or more years, but then they must step down and new ones appointed. To prevent any one party gaining favor (looking at you, Clarence Thomas), the terms should be staggered. No one should have overarching power. The three branches of government should equally check and balance the others. I feel limiting Supreme Court Justice terms would do it fairly. Anyone think this or another stance is good? Let's talk about this.

@kennethcurtis1856 I am very glad you acknowledge it. I am satisfied that you act on it with very serious consideration. Thank you.

When more people vote, the people who vote Democrat outpace the Republican vote. Remember in 2020 when Trump said, "Stop the count!" (that was before, Stop the Steal.") That was when the House was starting to count mailed-in votes. One of those votes was mine because I was laid up with a messed-up leg. I would have been really pissed if my vote wasn't counted! But Trump would have made sure my vote didn't count if he had his way. He was removing postal machines that handle thousands of pieces of regular mail in a day! He was consolidating voting districts to make it nearly impossible for Black people and other minorities to vote. Plus gerrymandering. Trump has shown blatant disregard for anybody and everybody. He cannot be allowed back in the Whitehouse. Vote blue!

Re: a former president must be convicted in the senate before being tried after leaving office: It's consummate BS because in both impeachments, the Senate said for the criminal courts to decide whether Trump should be prosecuted or not. The SENATE Republicans abdicated their job both impeachments. And now Republican Senators want to be the good guys to pass important legislation and blame the House for holding up good legislation. Who's zoomin' who?
