  2. TikTok has a lot of gall saying it violates 1st Amendment rights. Whose rights, China? You are not in USA, you are not a US citizen or citizens. You don't have a right to our rights. TikTok is a medium for Americans to exercise our FIRST Amendment rights, and making TikTok an American company enhances our exercise of Constitutional Amendment 1! So there! Nice try, China. Not!
