  1. Unjust prosecution of a former president? How about the unjust prosecution of Dred Scott? It took us over a hundred years to try to remedy this SCOTUS decision and its effects, all the way up to "separate but equal" and other inherent racial suppression in our society. We lived with that awful decision for a long time. but Roe was overturned by Dobbs, and a number of Supreme Court cases have been overturned. We do what we can now to reverse Dobbs, and then later on we reevaluate. There might be a different SCOTUS. a different SCOTUS might revert Roe v. Wade to its original form. Or maybe, magically, ideally, legislation is pushed through to make healthcare- including for people with a uterus a human right and Constitutional right, making Roe moot.
