  2. Part of the reason you see ethnic Asians is that Russia herself has people very near China and Mongolia, thus the people there have that Asian history in them. Check out Cool History Bros. He explains the history of invasions of Chinese people into Russia in more ancient dynasties at a time when there were many factions and tribes, and China was not integrated into the country it is today. Korea was included in these skirmishes IIRC. And Pres. Putin is recruiting—drafting and contracting—men from farther east. More cannon fodder. ☹️
