  1. I'm glad I watched this. I'm currently dealing with a knee that doesn't want weight on it , so going up and down stairs can only be one stair at a time. My doc and I talked about knee replacement, and indeed I do have arthritis at the femur condyles. He's been very reluctant to give me knee-replacement surgery, and now I understand why. I wish he'd told me sooner these details. I know them now, and at least I am apprised of reason he wouldn't want to do this. I can see what it does, and right now I don't want it . Right now.
