  1. Awesome experiment! People do like comfort when they sleep, for sure! I'm not surprised at the materials, but it's nice to know lo tech wins out again for sufficient comfort. I can see the day to change the beds. Mommy dumps out all the hay outside and washes the bags. Daddy comes by dragging a heap of hay dried in the field. Mommy stuffs the bags with hay very full and puts them on the floor. Then the parents say, "okay, kids! Jump on the beds!" Which the children do with zeal and lots of giggling and shrieking and having fun!
