  2. When a country is defending their independence and sovereignty, this is a war that must be fought; standing up to a bully. War always brings death and destruction, and it's no good for those fighting it or their families or homes. Indeed! Ukraine reminds me of America and our fight to be free from the British, and Mexico's war for independence as well. Each of us needed to fight these wars for our freedom and independence. And so does Ukraine. One thing, though: when a country is obviously unwelcome in the country they invade, they should leave before the country they invade kicks their tails. As the American lampoon goes, "Don't let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya!" Get out lickety-split.

  3. "Russia has to be great again." Sound familiar? "Make America great again." Now does it? Except America doesn't need to be great again. We are great. All we need to do is continue to move forward. We in America have an explicit Constitution defining what our leader can and cannot do. The people decide, and we expect our leaders to abide by it. If they don't, they get booted out by legitimate elections. And the transfer of power is peaceful. Even the attack on the Capitol building in Washington D.C. did not prevent this on Inauguration Day. It is my America-given right that my vote does count. No one— no one — has the power to remove that from me.
